A quick summary guide through the rental process.
• Management Authority.
You will need to sign this. Without this, we cannot act on your behalf or advertise.
That’s all you need to do. We take care of the rest under your instructions and approval.

• Photos.
We take photos for advertising and write up the advertising wording.

• Advertise.
We load the advert to the websites showing the home open time.

• Home Open.
We open the home for prospective tenants to view.

• Applications.
We process applications and narrow them down to present the best ones to you for your instructions. You decide who you would like to lease your property.

• Lease Contract.
We have the tenant(s) sign the Lease Agreement and pay the ingoing costs. We this is received we lodge the bond and receipt the first 2 weeks’ rent.

• Property Condition Report.
We complete a thorough Property Condition Report (PCR) prior to tenants moving in. This is handed over to tenants and they have 7 days to go through it and make their own comments before handing it back.

• Tenant Induction.
We complete a tenant induction at the home and hand over the keys for them to move in.
